Hardscaping Made Easy With Onorato Landscaping 07660 NJ
Ridgefield Park homeowners understand the value of quality hardscaping. A paver or stone driveway, walkway or stoop, and stairs redone in stone not only increase the value of the home but significantly increases its curb appeal. Onorato Landscaping offers an extensive range of hardscaping and serving near Ridgefield Park
You may have a stoop that has cracked or a walkway that has partially settled—at best unsightly and at worst a trip and fall hazard. Maybe your driveway has degraded to the point of needing replacement. And let’s not forget the backyard. Perhaps it’s a crumbling patio. Maybe that one rotted railroad tie is the straw that broke the camel’s back.
Onorato Landscaping Hardscaping in Ridgefield Park, NJ
Estimates of the return-on-investment value of quality landscaping and hardscaping run the gamut; a range of 15% all the way up to 1000%, depending on the improvement(s). An HGTV article, Maximum Home Value Landscaping Projects: Driveways, suggests that you “Choose visually interesting designs and materials for your driveway and walkways to add value to your home and make a statement.”
There is no denying the effect of quality hardscaping increasing a home’s curb appeal. Surprisingly, the more the home is worth, the more valuable a paver or stone driveway becomes. A paver or stone driveway has come to be expected as part of a “Ridgefield Park” high-end home; adding a creative design and landscaping that enhances the design of the driveway further increases its value.

Ridgefield Park is a village in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the village’s population was 12,729,[16][17][18] reflecting a decline of 144 (−1.1%) from the 12,873 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 419 (+3.4%) from the 12,454 counted in the 1990 Census.[19] Of 565 municipalities statewide, Ridgefield Park is one of only four with a village type of government in New Jersey, though it operates a Walsh Act (city commission) form of government. Of the four New Jersey villages Loch Arbour also uses the commission form of government, while Ridgewood operates under the council-manager form, and the Township of South Orange Village operates under a special charter form with many characteristics of village government.[20] Ridgefield Park was formed as a village on June 15, 1892, within Ridgefield Township, based on the results of a referendum passed on June 6, 1892. Overpeck Township was formed on March 23, 1897, to be coextensive with Ridgefield Park village, and was created within Ridgefield Township for the purpose of administering a Board of Education. Portions of the village gained in both 1921 and 1926 were taken from Bogota and Teaneck. On May 31, 1938, Overpeck Township became Ridgefield Park Township.[21] The village was named for the area’s terrain.[22]
